All of our products are custom-made. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–15 working days, depending on product type and stock availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand.

Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 2–5 working days.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Local Pickup – Dannevirke Only

If you’re located nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your order in Dannevirke.

You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Pickup location and available times will be provided in the notification email.
