This website is owned and operated by Craftee. We sell custom-made products that are handcrafted and often made to order. By purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Craftee reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made, and variations in colour, design, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Craftee reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or unavailability of materials.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–15 working days, depending on stock availability.

  • Craftee offers nationwide shipping within New Zealand. Delivery times vary based on location and courier performance.

  • Local pickup is available in Dannevirke only. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage in transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, Craftee does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Craftee and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Craftee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
